Three commissions are open to selected candidates this autumn. These workings are undertaken only where the ground is right, and each candidate is selected personally.
No fee is charged for the three. What is asked in return is a full written account of what changed, and permission to publish it, anonymously or under a first name.
To be considered, describe in a single message the situation you are facing, what has already been attempted and where it stopped, and what a genuine result would look like. Write through the letter above and mark it Inaugural. Applications close 31 October 2026.
